At Life Outdoors Group, each product is custom printed just for you. This made-to-order approach allows us to be more environmentally conscious by reducing waste and helps us offer a wider range of colors, designs, and sizes that wouldn’t be possible for a small business to stock.
As a mission-driven brand, we’re proud that each purchase also helps support the preservation of our National Parks.
That said, if anything about your order feels off, or arrives damaged we’re here to help. Shoot us a message within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Your satisfaction means the world to us.

❌ Ordered the Wrong Color, Style, or Size?
Since every product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or accidental selections such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
We kindly ask that you double-check your cart and refer to our size guide on each product page before placing your order.
🔁 Can I Return or Exchange My Item If I Change My Mind?
Because each item is printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
We do, however, offer full replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See below for how to request one. We’re happy to help.

We care deeply about our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right about your order, please email us first at hello@lifeoutdoorsgroup.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item.
